I’m having problems linking to the PCO website, but here’s an excerpt:
During my formative years, I was brought up and educated in Spain. As a 7 year old kid, I devoured Francisco Ibáñez’s ‘Mortadelo y Filemon‘ a comic about two detective agents and the cartoon strip ‘Mafalda‘ the creation of Argentine cartoonist, Quino.
It’s hard to choose which other cartoonists’ work I admire because there are so many. Gillray always takes my breath away. Other cartoonists’ whose work I like are: Steinberg, Bretécher, John Glashan, Sempe, Crumb, Calman, Leunig, Charles M. Schultz . How long have you got? My list is endless.

In no particular order: Chris Burke, Royston Robertson, Robert Duncan, Graham Fowell, Martin Rowson and Alex Hughes, will air on BBC2 at 6pm on Thursday 29th October.

Here’s something I did yesterday. Not my usual thing however never mind eh. Lost part of the line in Photoshop, must work out how to retrieve it. Spookily enough, I drank a bottle of Wychwood cider for the first time this January and was so taken by the juice, I drew the bottle. Did you think I’d say something more exciting?

I adore the features of Diva Hollywood’s face. She’s an amazing burlesque artiste to draw as well as a fabulous performer with great comic timing.
